With 308 rooms in a building open since 2003, the hotel mainly targets business travelers and guests with very early or very late flights. The hotel’s free shuttle bus connects Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo with the terminals at Haneda Airport. No reservation is needed, and the ride takes approx. 10 min from Terminal 3 and up to approx. 20 min from Terminal 1 (per the hotel’s stop order; Terminal 2 is not served directly, arriving guests move to Terminal 1). Toward the airport, the bus currently runs between approx. 4:00 am and 11:10 am at roughly 30-minute intervals, with the first two departures at 4:00 am and 4:30 am serving Terminal 3 only. Toward the hotel, service resumes only in the late afternoon: from approx. 4:15 pm from Terminal 1, or approx. 6:45 pm from Terminal 3, with the last departure just before 1:00 am.
Important for trip planning: the shuttle does not run around the clock. According to the timetable, there is a multi-hour gap between the last morning departure to the airport and the first afternoon departure from the airport, and no bus runs overnight between approx. 1:00 am and 4:00 am either. Guests with very early morning departures or arrivals in the middle of the night should check the current timetable at the front desk or on the hotel website beforehand, and use a taxi (approx. 11 min, from approx. ¥2,180 one-way plus a late-night surcharge) or the Keikyu Airport Line to Anamori-Inari Station as a backup if needed.
