Getting to your hotel depends on the property — that's covered on each hotel page. Getting onward into the city works the same for every Haneda hotel:
Physical Suica/PASMO cards (standard and deposit-free tourist variants) have been regularly available again since 2025 after a temporary sales pause, including at the airport. Check the current status with the respective provider (jreast.co.jp/pasmo.co.jp) before you travel, since this has changed more than once.
Baggage delivery counters (Yamato) in every terminal; dropping off by around 11am allows same-evening delivery to many hotels in Tokyo's 23 wards, Urayasu, Kawasaki and parts of Yokohama. Rough order of magnitude for one large suitcase: approx. ¥3,000–3,700.
At both airports, a small number of unlicensed drivers approach travelers directly in the arrivals area offering seemingly cheap rides, then charge several times the metered fare. Use only official taxi stands with green-plated vehicles.
