Keikyu EX Inn Haneda is about a 3-minute walk from exit A2 of Tenkubashi Station (Keikyu Line), from which Haneda Airport (HND) is roughly 5 minutes away by train. The hotel also runs a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, but it only operates during fixed time windows. The property is aimed mainly at business and solo travelers and offers functional rooms plus a complimentary breakfast.
The nearest station is Tenkubashi on the Keikyu Line, which connects directly to Haneda Airport. The walk from the hotel to exit A2 of the station takes about 3 minutes, and the terminals are then roughly 5 minutes away by train.
The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus that departs from the hotel’s basement level (B1). Importantly, the shuttle does not run all day; it operates only in two fixed time windows: in the morning from the hotel to the airport between 4 and 10 am (roughly every 20–40 minutes, more frequently during the 5–9 am peak), and in the evening from the airport to the hotel between 6:25 and 11:55 pm. In between, roughly from 10 am to 6:25 pm, no shuttle bus runs at all. Anyone arriving or departing during the day should plan to use the train to/from Tenkubashi Station instead of waiting for the bus.
Morning departures serve Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 in sequence; only the earliest bus, at 4 am, skips Terminal 1, so a transfer at Terminal 2 may be necessary for that service. In the evening, buses leave from Terminal 1 roughly hourly between 6:25 and 10:25 pm, and from Terminal 3 between 7:35 and 11:55 pm (with a longer gap later in the evening); Terminal 2 is not served directly in the evening. The bus holds a maximum of around 58 passengers, and usable capacity can be lower when guests are carrying a lot of luggage, so it is worth allowing extra time during busy periods.
The hotel offers several room categories: Semi-Double rooms (about 14 m², one 140 cm bed) in Standard and EX versions, Standard Double (about 21 m²), EX Double (about 24 m²) and EX Deluxe Double (about 29 m²) each with one 160 cm bed, as well as Standard Twin (about 27 m²), EX Twin (about 36 m², up to 4 guests) and EX Deluxe Twin (about 34 m²) with two to four 120 cm beds. A wheelchair-accessible Universal Twin (about 27 m²) is also available. Room features include an LCD TV (40 or 50 inches depending on room type), an air purifier with humidifying function, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and individually adjustable air conditioning. Bathrooms come with a washlet-style toilet and a thermostatic shower.
The lobby and front desk area include a coin laundry, vending and ice machines, a microwave, a currency exchange counter, rental PCs and an amenity corner stocked with items such as toothbrushes, pajamas and razors. Additional rental items include phone chargers, international power adapters, irons, trouser presses and wheelchairs. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. Breakfast (a choice of Japanese or Western style) is included in the room rate and served daily from 5 to 10 am (last order 9:30 am) in a second-floor lounge with about 80 seats; a small surcharge applies for children of elementary-school age or younger.
Keikyu EX Inn Haneda is best suited to business and solo travelers looking for a functional, well-connected place to stay without extra frills. Budget-conscious couples or small groups can also be well served by the twin and deluxe rooms. Thanks to the short walk to the station and the shuttle running in the early morning and late evening, the hotel works particularly well for very early departures or late arrivals. Anyone heading to the airport during the day should plan around the shuttle gap between roughly 10 am and 6:25 pm and take the train instead.
