Two properties offer a shuttle in one direction only
Keikyu EX Inn Haneda Innovation City and Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda each run a free shuttle to the airport per their own websites (approx. 10 minutes to Terminal 3) that operates mornings only and runs from the hotel to the airport only. Both sites explicitly state there is no shuttle for the return direction. For the trip from the airport to the hotel, or outside shuttle hours, the train from nearby Tenkubashi Station is the recommended option at both properties (1–2 min walk, 1 stop to the international terminal).

Not every shuttle runs 24 hours. Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo explicitly states that its shuttle does not run continuously. Keikyu EX Inn Haneda (Original) runs only within fixed windows from 4 to 10 am and 6:25 to 11:55 pm. Hotel MONday Haneda Airport serves Terminals 1, 2, and 3 only in the morning, between 4:10 and 9:10 am.
